All orders shipped are sent via Australia Post or DHL and tracking information will be sent to you by email.

 

Worldwide Shipping

For worldwide shipping we charge a flat fee of $12 USD.

We also ship most goods from Australia using Australia Post, but some our bestselling products will be shipped direct from the USA with DHL or FedEx. 

Approximate International Delivery Times*

North America, Western Europe, Asia: 10 working days (not including potential customs delays)

The rest of the world: 10-15 working days

Other import duties

Depending on where you live, customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination and tlw. cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Updates - COVID Delays

In recent weeks, international orders seem to be arriving to their destinations within the approximated international delivery times (see above). (In the Aussie Winter months, we experienced significant delays with international orders due to a total lockdown statewide in Melbourne (where we are based) and reduced international flights departing the city.
